en.Salon Policy

The en.Salon staff goes through every effort to ensure your experience with us is as enjoyable as possible. We value you and your time.  Your appointments are very important to us, and we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore we have instituted the following policies to make your time with us a memorable and lasting one.

 

Guarantee: Our team makes every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at our salon. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your service, please let us know within 48 hours, or 2 business days. We will be happy to schedule a corrective service within 2 weeks, or 10 business days of your initial appointment date. Due to the nature of some services, this guarantee may vary, and in some cases, charges may apply. This guarantee does not cover a significant change in the original style or color. A full service price may apply if you have waited longer than 2 business days to contact us, or if you’ve had your hair worked on elsewhere before returning to en.Salon for the corrective service.

 

Cancellation: We are currently not charging a cancellation fee. However, cancelling within less than 48 hours more than 3 times will lock our online booking.

 

Chemical reaction: In the event of a negative chemical reaction due to our products, en.Salon will not be held responsible  for any results of chemical irritation and burns. Please refer to the chemical service release form for more details, and please alert us of any of your known allergens that could be present in our products.

 

Late to Appointment: After 20 minutes, we will mark your appointment as a no show. Please try your best to be on time so we can have enough time for your service, and avoid interrupting the flow of services throughout the day. More than 3 no shows will result in a booking lock, and you will be unable to schedule without contacting the store.

 

Product Exchange: You may exchange products with those of equal value, within 14 days of purchase, and must be accompanied with the receipt. You may pay the difference if the new product is of greater value.
